74R1 Electric Strike is designed for rim exit devices with 3/4" Pullman type latchbolt. For use in hollow metal, wood and aluminum door jambs. Opens electrically under 35lbs. of preload.


  • Bolt retaining keeper is stainless steel
  • Strike accepts Pullman latch of exit devices without deadlocking bolts
  • Field selectable fail safe/fail secure
  • Grade 1 strength
  • The Adams Rite 74R1 can operate in either fail Secure or fail Safe modes easily and can run on 12 or 24 volts in DC or AC mode
