Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

• You can also log into your IMLG Techs account to check your order status.
• If you don’t see the tracking email, check your spam/junk folder.
  

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Non-returnable items: Clearance products, software licenses, and any item marked final sale.
